RAK HR Software generate the Shift Hours & Over Time Hours for each Employee automatically on the based of set rules for Shift Hours & Over Time Hours. This features give the Relax to HR Team and keep the actual timing of employees.
Attendances & Muster Rolls
RAK HR Softwares Auto Generate Daily Attendances on the basis of Login/Logout action of each employee by applying the rule set by HR Admin along with Daily Muster Roll. Thereafter, HD Admins needs to Approve Monthly Attendance.
Holidays, Leaves And Comp-Offs
It allows to HR Admin to set a Rules to Auto Allocate the Monthly or Annual Leave for an Employee. Software also give option to Employee the Apply the Leave and HR Admins to Approve/Reject leave. It also maintains the Leave Ledgers.
Salary Generation
RAK HR Software generate the Monthly Salary Automatically and Manually both ways for each employee. Each autogenerated salary will be checked by software by its Approval Process by the HR Admin for the security steps.
Employee Advances & Recovery
HR Admin can Issue Salary Advances or Loans to Employees and can set the rules in software to Recover the Salary Advance or Loans from the Monthly Salary. On the Base of set rules Software will Recover the Salary Advance or Loan.
Reimbursements
RAK HR Software provides the features to HR Admin for issue Salary Allowances and Reimbursement to an Employee. Where Allowances & Reimbursement can be credited in Salary with Auto method.
ITR Statement & Form-16
RAK HR Software generate the Income Tax Statements for employees. Employees are allowed to give their Income Tax Saving Declarations. It will give HR Admin to manage compliances.
Reports & Dashboards
RAK HR Software give you a many type of data reports on the data of Employees, Attendances, Muster Roll, Leaves & Comp-Offs, Salary, Deductions, Allowances, Reimbursement, Salary Advance, Advance Recovery, ITR Statements and Form-16.
